Was able to catch one of the elder birds in our local murder alone today and just give him an entire store of peanuts to hide ;; he usually gets pushed out by the younger crows as he has a slight limp and what appears to be some minor wing issues, but it was cool to get a good look at him.

Treating myself to a day of peace, spent an hour this morning just sitting on the deck and watching/listening to our local birds with my coffee, then stuffed my pockets with peanuts and visited with our local murder and pigeon flock and everyone came down together since there was no other folks out.
