Conway is now a proclaimed Democrat and has been one of the most consistent critics of Trump. He sacrificed his own marriage for that cause. Some of the best fighters in the current era have been Never Trump Republicans. Many of the centrist Democrats and Dem leadership have been reluctant to fight.

I am on record numerous times publicly proclaiming Summit County would be carved up in the redraw so I clearly did not see this coming! Rep. Emilia Sykes now gets to defend her seat in a slightly blue-leaning district in 2026.
