If I’m paying for your product and don’t have the option to talk to a support human when I experience a bug or need some troubleshooting, I’m canceling the subscription. AI chatbots can be great as tier 1 support, but I’ve never seen a AI bot capable of doing actual troubleshooting. #saas #ai
