Feeling positive today. 5k walk yesterday and a productive phone call with my Dr this morning followed by a short walk to town. I'm now lying in the sofa exhausted and in lots of pain but hey ho, that's the way it does #fibromyalgia

With #stormdarragh whirling around outside, I guess it's a day curled up with the pooches and a good read. Hope everyone stays safe x
