The brutal attacks of the Trump administration and DOGE on federal programs, education, and public health demonstrate a complete contempt for anybody who is not immensely wealthy, and an abiding anger at anybody outside this tiny in-group actually enjoying anything or having a better life.

Guys, it’s totally simple: When something good happens economically (like inflation easing slightly), it is Trump’s ‘genius’ at work. If something bad happens (DJIA losing 3k points in a month), it is obviously the ‘fallout from the Biden economy.’ They’ll say this as long as the rubes believe it.
