Cooking therapy all day today! Made a blood orange chermoula, cemitas (twice), donut bread pudding, crème anglaise, lemon pavlova, mozzarella in Carrozza, a chip butty,Italian beef for a special, and deep fried deviled eggs for some reason. Loved every minute.
