S&P represents a weakness in US-based funds that Canadian investors seem to like better than US investors do. It may be down 2% in Canada, it fell 6% in the USA.

If you factor in a dollar differential for Canadians holding through the NYSE, that's a real kick in the pants.

Europe needs to fuck right off. It was the European members of the JCPOA who held Iran to a non-agreement refused by the USA. There was no sanctions relief for Iran, even from those European members, as it adhered to their restrictions on its nuclear industry.
