Version 2.0.0 of Polyfills will be able to load JS code from files. No more transformation to objc headers and character escaping.

TFW LetMeBlock tweak’s logic to get mDNSResponder PID from mDNSResponderHelper hasn’t been working presumably since iOS 9.. causing the internet to not work when the host file is too large because jetsam bypass code isn’t even executed.
