So at 31 I finally decided to get my ass up and start learning how to ride a horse, now that I have horse-riding money and weigh under a specific number.
Still waiting for feedback from schools and teachers but at least there's a lot of options really close to us! fingies crossed.

Work has been just... nasty. After being sick I got back into it and am now just as stressed out as before. I don't know how long this shitty phase will keep going. I like the job and the pay is too good to just go after a few months of stress.. I wanna see how we can fix the issues first. :c

Baking with sourdough again after probably 1-2 months of not baking bread. I'm letting the flour and water autolyse without the starter this time, because I read it can lead to better texture/elasticity. We'll see!
