If it wasn't for him, we probably wouldn't have that Joe's location over in Leawood.

I think that if people realized how different gimbap was from roll-style sushi, it would be 100x more popular.
It routinely sold out over at Trader Joe's for a long time, and it did very well over at ALDI while it was out earlier this year too.
It can be super easily adjusted to American palates.

Interesting -- I was able to salvage a too-pungent-for-my-tastes cranberry ginger beer by mixing it with equal parts 7-up
It's actually kinda nice this way, even! I might actually resort to using this method if needed, though I'd probably also need to add some cranberry juice to plain ginger beers
