I set up the physbones for my new #VRChat in #Unity. The secondary animation on the bell was a fun little challenge. I tried to rely on max angle restraints but in the end I used some plane colliders to retain a good range of motion.

So this is what the outline mask look like 😅

It prevents the inverted geo from turning the eyes white which is also creepy but in a different kind of way

I got the shaders set up for my new #VRChat avatar in Unity using Poiyomi Toon Shader.

The shading effect adds some nice depth and saturation & I think the normal map helps the rim lighting in a nice yet subtle way.

For this #VRChat avatar I'm relying more on a light bake with some more minor adjustments by hand.

I also created a normal map from the high-poly and I'm excited to see how it will affect the final look

I've made a quest-compatible version of my slime witch avatar for #VRChat!

The mobile shader still doesn't support transparency but flipping the normals gave a pretty similar look 🤔
