Dragon Age Inquisition is complicated. I find it be both brilliant and frustrating. This video is my attempt to articulate why I think so.
Thank you for the consideration in watching!

Dragon Age: The Veilguard was a lighting rod of controversy when it first came out October 31st of 2024. Now a year latter I wanted to take a look at the game from the perspective as a fan.

While working on a bigger project I made a video about why you should read. Enjoy as a I ramble in front of a camera and then offer some book recommendations.

I enjoyed Expedition 33 quite a bit.
This video is my attempt to explain what I found so cool about it without spoiling the end of Act I and onward.
Enjoy!

I've only realized after writing and recording I forgot to mention how fantastic the art for Dragon Age Inquisition is for the tarot cards/codex. It's really stylized and brings the setting the life. Attached are some of my favorites

Currently editing VO for a multi hour long video, quite impressed that people can do this with back to back projects!
For those who edit their own stuff, any pointers to speed the process along?

I'm a couple hours into Monster Hunter Wilds and I'm enjoying how cutscenes incorporate gameplay mechanics.

1: Having the Hunter and party eat food in a story moment, bam 60 minute food buff.
2: A monster reveal inflicts a status ailment that carries over in game.
Hopping to see more, it's wicked!

I recommend this video if your curious on the subject. Moriarty brings up a lot of great points that are worth thinking on

While the ever evolving tech of video games can be exciting, being able to play co-op/split screen on the same TV is still the coolest. There's such a fun atmosphere when everyone is gathered around one device and trying to figure out how it works. Highly recommend it if you have the chance.

!NEW VIDEO!

Earlier this year I stumbled across a cancelled MMORPG called Ninelives and despite its unfinished state, I found myself spending hours upon hours within its abandoned world. I just HAD to make a video talking about my time with this game and its development! youtu.be/RGSotV1-jMo

Alright the new video is live.

I wanted to look back at Dragon Age 2 the game often cited as the black sheep of the series. While I did agree with a lot of its criticism, I also found a lot of interesting parts too.
Hope you enjoy it!

Just finished Dragon Age Veilguard. Still processing my overall thoughs but gotta say I had a blast with this game!
- The combat was fun
- Love how the side quests got you to explore more of the zones.
- While the writing could be hit or miss, when it hit it was fantastic!

Currently making a video for Dragon Age 2 but wanted to share the first in the series for anyone interested. I replayed Dragon Age Origins to figure out what made that original title so incredible. Whether your new to the series or a long time veteran, I hope you enjoy it!

Currently in the process of making a Video on Dragon Age 2. Gotta say Kirkwall is fascinating as a setting! A City built off the blood of others and unsavory magics. While the constant repeating maps can be annoying, the tone and atmosphere is just brilliant, really hits that dark fantasy tone!
