I’m horrified by the antisemitic attack in Sydney targeting people gathered to celebrate Hanukkah. Antisemitism is on the rise globally, and it is unacceptable.

Our fundamental rights allow us to determine our lives and our futures. The idea that the government can limit those rights—especially when it comes to the most personal decisions—is ridiculous.

I won't stop fighting until we protect your right to make your own choices.

I’m not taking orders from special interests. If you want a leader who focuses on solving real issues like housing, health care, and rising costs, join my fight. Every donation is a vote for serious, honest politics.

Young people are living in a time that is, simply put, not normal. They have every right to be frustrated.

It's also an invitation for a new generation of leaders to step up and get to work.

The US isn’t showing up. And when we don’t step up, our allies lose trust in us.

When I was deployed, I saw how our global relationships impact all of us here at home. We need leaders who are ready to rebuild trust around the world.

My career taught me a basic lesson: leadership is about stepping up.

The challenges ahead are real and hard. We need new leadership that has the ability to get things done.

Things are harder for younger generations than they were decades ago. It’s not just in your head. We’re taking on loads of debt to get an education, and owning a home feels out of the question.

Institutions are broken. Now it’s up to us to make the American Dream within reach.

Democrats, we lost the election because we stopped listening to Americans.

No excuses. No magical thinking. It's time to take responsibility and step back into the arena.

We can take on the biggest fights when we work together. That’s why we’re talking to families all across Wilmette, Evanston, Rogers Park, and Skokie.

If you’re ready to be part of the change, join us.

In the Army, I saw what happens when people can’t access mental health care.

Now students are afraid those resources are disappearing. I got help when I needed it — and I’ll fight to make sure others can too.

Mental health is public health. It must be funded and prioritized.

The world we’re handing over to students is a mess, and they know it. They feel the instability and chaos because it’s real.

Leaders have failed to hold up their end of the deal. It’s time to stop talking about them and start listening.

The federal government continues to use hunger as leverage, and this time it is to pressure states over immigration data. That is not how serious policy should be made. We need leaders who stand their ground without putting families in the middle of political fights.

I recently visited ETHS to speak with an AP Government class. These conversations are one of my favorite parts of this job. Students ask smart, thoughtful questions and it’s a reminder that we’re building a future for them.

Leadership isn’t power. It’s trust, service, and taking care of your own.

That’s how I’ll lead in Congress — but I need your help to get there. If you can, chip in today: secure.actblue.com/donate/polan...

Appreciating all of the local businesses in our community this #SmallBusinessSaturday. They're the backbone of our neighborhoods — creating jobs, supporting families and keeping our community strong. Support them today, and every day.

My thoughts are with the National Guard members and their families.

Violence is always unacceptable, and never the answer.

It was great to meet so many of you and hear more about the issues most important to you. Can't wait to get out in the community and hear from more of you. #IL09

Family is everything to me. As the holiday season approaches, I’m reminded of how much I have to be grateful for and how much work we still have ahead of us to build a better future for every family.

I'm not a politician. And right now, we don't need one. We need someone ready to step up, put in the hard work and defend people who can't defend themselves. I'm ready to serve you, #IL09.

Complicated problems are complicated. And that's okay.

Waiting for the perfect solution is how progress dies. Sometimes you move forward, learn and keep improving. That’s how real leadership works.

I spent nine years in the military surrounded by real professionalism and integrity.

Using the National Guard as a political prop in Chicago is a disgrace. Our service members deserve better.
