Feeling ill today. Have had a cold for a week now and still seems to be getting worse. It's hard to keep moving on days like these. When we only have something simple to offer we have to be ok with accepting that that is enough.

Just reflecting on two opposing points of view : a) if a thing can't be said simply and quickly it probably lacks clarity b) if a thing is reduced to something simple and quick to explain it's probably lacking the nuance that would lead to meaningful clarity...
