A patient came to the ED with chest pain, but the ECG didn’t meet STEMI criteria. Due to suspicion, cardiac POCUS was done and showed a reduced TAPSE—pointing to isolated right ventricular MI. This highlights how TAPSE can catch rare but critical diagnoses.

In this #CaseReport, POCUS quickly identified abnormal lung findings post-bronchoscopic lung reduction. M-mode showed "barcode sign" (absent lung sliding), suggestive of pneumothorax. While CT ruled out pneumothorax, POCUS guided immediate assessment.

In this #CaseReport, #POCUS with spectral Doppler assessed venous congestion in dengue cardiomyopathy. Hepatic vein Doppler showed an S reversal pattern, indicating severe abnormal flow.
