This is absolutely needed.

As is a national plan for population - for 1, 5, 10 and 50 years.

Sleep is the most effective performance enhancing technique.

During sleep our brains review all that we were exposed to during the day and decide what is worth storing and where. Moreover, during sleep we release hormones which are integral to muscle and bone growth.
