In an effort to combat climate change, participants at the California-Nevada Summit on Fossil Fuel Divestment approved a resolution that will now go before annual conference voters. The New York and Pacific Northwest conferences passed similar divestment resolutions some years ago.

Bishop Cedrick D. Bridgeforth has announced a new superintendency team to oversee the SeaTac District beginning July 1. The bishop previously shared that he would be initiating a new supervision model for the area which will allow leadership “closer to the ground” beginning with this opening.
