Not having a ton of experience with either, rust seems like a potentially good vibe code language since “compiler driven development” is a natural complement to “paste your errors into claude until it runs”, and the safety guarantees of rust should prevent the bot from writing anything truly heinous

Welching on a 1000:1 bet you made, being unambiguously but confidently wrong by several orders of magnitude, then unfriending the person you made the bet with, must be some kind of Riverian cardinal sin. I can never trust or respect somebody who behaves like this. Irrational + duplicitous bad combo

Democrats, and anybody sensible, have spent years arguing that debt ceiling brinksmanship games are both facile (congress already approved the spending) and dangerous (full faith and credit etc.)
