Morning out on the bike yesterday. Still feeling very unconfident. 😭 And the knee is still not right yet. But, good to be out. #bikesky

Visit to Cartwright Hall, Lister Park this morning to see The Turner Prize exhibits. Really interesting, and great to have it in Bradford. Thought-provoking and interesting artist stories too. #bradford #turnerprize #cityofculture #bradford2025

After suggesting a dog should be on a lead after it attacked me whilst riding, steadily testing my knee, on the canal side yesterday, I was told "you should be on a f... lead, and get on the f... road" Really nice man. #shipley #leedsliverpoolcanal 🤷🚴‍♀️

Couldn't watch the rugby whilst in Spain, but did listen to the commentary. I'm a very proud ex teacher of Ellie Kildunne, and I was her Head of Year in Year 11! I was also Head of Careers and had to give her career advice!!! 🏉🏉 #englandrugby

Not being able to cycle at the moment is killing me, but having a very chilled break in Galicia to compensate. Asturias next!

Would you push someone off this 54-foot ladder?

Hitting them with your car at 40mph does the same damage.

The evidence is clear - 20mph zones save lives.

In London, they’ve cut deaths and serious injuries by 34% and child fatalities by 75%.

That's why we need to see more 20mph areas.
