Above it is a pair of flabby underboob flaps, and a pair of actual boobs (with little piercings) sitting on them, spreading out to the side and propping up his chunky, hammy arms. His legs are also huge, and his calves almost swallow his feet. He's chowing down on a burger that's leaking juice and sauce with a lot of vigor, probably moaning a bit in the process.
