Lipo-peptoid TM18 disrupts P. aeruginosa and S. aureus biofilms, both individually and in co-infection. It also alleviates dermonecrosis in a murine infection model and, combined with meropenem, nearly eradicates co-infections. #AMR #biofilms #peptides
