Finally finished Yakuza 6: The Song of Life.
It was a fantastic return to form, I loved the the focus on Kiryu, the story, the cinematic presentation and the development of side characters.
I make fun of the melodrama in these games, but a few moments towards the end genuinely moved me. 🐉

Platinum 195: With that, the TimeSplitters trilogy is all platinum'd! This is the only one I didn't get to play growing up because it wasn't on Gamecube so it was cool to experience it for the first time. Didn't age as well as the other 2, but I still had a decent time in coop!

Platinum 194: With that, I have all of the Crysis games Platinumed! This one is a pretty solid shooter that improved a lot on the ideas set out in the very first game that just weren't executed well in that game and I commend this one for that! I think 2 is a better game though!

Platinum 193: Absolutely loved almost every second of this game and it's always a treat to play a Yakuza/LAD game! This is the Yakuza game for the fans who love the side content (LIKE ME)! I cannot wait to see what RGG cooks up next because they hardly ever disappoint!

First playthrough of RE4R is done! I think this is a pretty solid reimagining even though I prefer the original! Probably made a mistake playing on Hardcore though and I would have had more fun on Standard...also they made Krauser better, but ruined the final boss IMO lol wtf

Platinum 191: I think this is a pretty solid game and the combat is very fun as its made by RGG (Yakuza devs), but the Platinum Trophy requirements drag it down a lot and I wouldn't recommend this Platinum to anyone since its grindy, but the game itself I would! I did this out of love for RGG tbh

Platinum 190: I said ME2 was an all timer but I quite honestly like this game better. I feel like Bioware really hit their stride with their writing here with character moments and it feels like they had a lot of fun making this one and wrapped up in the same great gameplay as 2!

Did this on other app! Tier list of everything I've played (and replayed) this year! Thoughts on ME3 are in flux because I haven't finished it yet! All games are IN ORDER (though I'm sure I could change my mind easily about most of these placements). Feel free to tear me apart or ask me anything!
