I dont know if it shows. Pics 1 and 2 have UV resin covering the instruments. Prior to that covered it in a layer of matt to try to tie in all the different media. Not worth it in 1/72 IMO. #histscalemodels #HeaviesGB will try it again in larger scales.

I was going to phone it in on the interior but the kit came with etch. The etch actually looks good. Don't usually bother with it in 1/72 but it came with the kit. #histscalemodels #HeaviesGB

#weathering inspiration.
For all the #histscalemodels out there, some weathering patterns on well-maintained aircraft. There are 4 colors of scrapes on the Growler tank, paint scratches on the warbirds and exhaust stains coming out of panels on the P-3. #avgeek #aviation

PSA: Drill the barrels. Went to a painting night and the person with the best paint style didn't have drilled barrels. Was nice being able to trade ideas. Here's the difference in mine. #paintingwarhammer40k #paintingminis #warhammercommunity #raptors now if I can paint more so I can improve more

Day 1 of #tonytonytony #histscalemodels the 1/32 had lots of small parts in the cockpit so I didn't get very far. The decals in the 1/72 kit are older than I am but it's a much better model than I was expecting. Both #Hasegawa Spent the afternoon photographing Cessna
