Only 3 changes proposed in the bylaw:
- increasing the rear yard setback from 1.5m to 2.6m. Fine
- requiring some soft landscaping in that area. Fine
- requiring windows facing Craven so it’s not a 2 storey blank wall. Also fine.
And that’s it. Fine.
