I made a batch of fresh pasta for New Year’s Eve dinner. Farfalle & ravioli— the colors are a regular egg-based dough, a beet dough, and a butterfly pea flower dough. All real colors!
Tricolor fresh pasta shaped in bow ties and formed into ravioli. The pasta has a beet-red magenta and pale blue color in addition to the regular pasta color.
