slowly updating the "all evidence for Dess being the knight" doc, with the goal of using as much textual evidence as possible. i'm surprised by how much there is! #deltarune

The left half of the image shows pictures of evidence. The right half's text is as follows: Chapter 3: North. The Knight’s box-splitting attack has multiple flavor texts: first “the north wind blew fiercely”, then “the north and east winds blew fiercely”. During Mantle, text in a certain room reads GO TO NORTHERN LIGHT. Gerson also describes the game islands as the Isles of Northernlight. Curiously, Noelle says that in the maze in Dragon Blazers, the last direction you go is North. This holds true for the maze in Mantle as well. The wallpaper in Dess’ room has Aurora Borealis, also known as Northern Lights.

deltarune was incredible...i think with chapters 3+4 releasing, it's surpassed undertale in my mind. i really dont know if it's recency bias, but i care about these characters so much...

One interesting tidbit that might be important to some theorists and such: no music made for or heavily associated with HOMESTUCK will be used in DELTARUNE, per Toby.
Moving on to music again briefly, there were a couple of questions my colleagues begged me to ask him. So, being the good sport, I did. To start, I asked him if there was any music he composed during the MS Paint Adventures days that ended up being used for DELTARUNE, or if all the music was original. Toby was quick to answer, stating that “No songs composed for Homestuck or primarily containing Homestuck music will be used in DELTARUNE.”
