Jaw-dropping update about our leasehold investigation detailing the lengths to which my colleague @djstimms.bsky.social has gone to track down Andrew Milne.

Particularly enjoyed the fact that colleagues from Liverpool and London were also involved. Mill Media is now more than the sum of its parts.
Horrified, Becky read Milne’s words. “I accordingly am entitled to vacant possession of the property”, he asserted. “I am writing to give you 7 days notice that I will have a locksmith and agent attend to recover possession for me and change the locks”.

Latest update in our Andrew Milne story 👇
After Becky’s mum died, it was time to sell her childhood home. Then Andrew Milne got in touch

Hard to get too engrossed on anything on @amazonprime.bsky.social video, as you're only ever a few minutes away from an advert for gambling apps or Pepto Bismol. However tense the show is, the tension that gets you most is knowing a bloke may appear and sing "diarrhea" at you at any moment.

This is one of the most shocking things I've ever read about Gen AI (CW, suicide). Seeing the conversation laid out is truly chilling.

I'm more and more thinking the world has leapt on AI way before it's ready, if it ever will be. Search engines prioritising AI summaries should be seen as dangerous. Both through the way they can be manipulated on the whims of states and techbro politics, and the fact they're simply not very good.
Most generative AI responses based on news content contain inaccuracies
Nine out of ten AI chatbot responses about news queries contained at least "some issues", BBC research has claimed.

The drift towards the political hard right of tech moguls surfaced again in @andytattersall.bsky.social's talk. This causes huge challenges to what we as institutions use, and what we ask our students use and sign up for. #socmedhe24

Totally agree that migrating to Bluesky/Threads (Absolute Twitter clones) isn't necessarily the answer to moving on from the toxification of Twitter/X. Feels like we've forgotten problems were there pre-Musk and still stuck in old view of what soc med can be #socmedhe24
