Today I taught my Tuesday book study course, 12 step meeting, practiced accepting things I cannot change, summoned courage and to change the things I can, nodded at the wisdom to know the difference, reached to close ones, auntied, soothed frayed nerves, held space for fear. A good enough day. 🦋
