I have a question for a friend she was scammed in 2020-2021. Someone stole her identity and filed a fake tax return in her name. She filed a police report and then sent it to the IRS last year, and now she received letters from both the IRS and SSA stating that she owes $887,000 to the IRS. Tk $20
