We are on day 2 of Pirate Week, and today I want to talk about an staple of pirate stories. Did pirates bury treasure marked by maps? Not really. It was easier to sell the loot at the nearest port. Victorians popularized the idea.
But there is a famous story involving pirates and buried treasure 🪙🔽

New OC! His name is Paco and he's a pirate cat who likes to paint. His design is inspired by several fictional cat characters that I love. Can you guess some of them?
