saw someone on my TL say they "can’t" draw anything outside of persona or it’d flop… i feel the same with cosplay. like, it’s not that i post just for likes or anything, but i still want attention on my stuff since engagement helps me in return.

I'm replaying Okami right now!! I absolutely loved this game on the Wii as a kid... I feel so emotional playing it again. The aesthetic and witty humor mean a lot to me. It's such a perfect game. I can't wait for the sequel

My family always remarks on how different I look in cosplay... I have a different hair color/style, wear contacts, and don't have my glasses on. I think that's the biggest change,I'm nearsighted, so with glasses due to my prescription, my eyes and upper face appear smaller cuz of distortion

i plan to get my learner’s in 2025, but i always ask my family to drive me cuz i don’t like going places alone. there aren’t many places i’d drive to by myself anyway. it’s more fun having someone with me, even for mundane stuff.

i get my dad is busy and tired from work... but it's sad when he says he "doesn't feel like it." to things. there was a titanic exhibition here in d.c. for a limited time, and he never ended up going. i really wanted to see it, but now it's on the other side of the country.

i was also 'diagnosed' (talked about it with my therapist) with OCD, which manifested from my emetophobia. not sure if i showed signs of ocd as a kid, but that’s a whole other thing to unpack... ocd + emetophobia has been an absolute nightmare for me—

Just thinking about my wisdom teeth removal in January, trying to reassure myself. My wisdom teeth are straight, and my gums are only partially covering them, so it should be an easy operation, right? And then I should heal fine? Just feeling a bit anxious about it

I’m thinking about writing a blog post about how my autism is a disability for me (at least my main one out of all my neurological disorders). A lot of people seem surprised and don’t see it as one, so it’d be interesting to share my perspective and let people get to know more about me too

for new year's resolutions, a lot of ppl have pretty big and unrealistic goals, but i think i’ll make a goodreads account. i want to try reading more. even though i like non-fiction more, i’d like to indulge in fiction too.

my twitter account has been suspended for 'inauthentic accounts,' WTF? i truly hope it's just a false flag going around cuz i do not want my account to be gone. i sent in an appeal. i've seen some crazy bots on twitter engaging in inauthenticity and they're not gone, but me? wtf.

so i can cook, i live with my dad and being the unemployed good daughter i am, i take care of the house chores, do the grocery shopping, and cook too. i love the freedom and creativity i get with it, i can cook whatever i want and he's down to eat it.

persona 5 fans seem to miss a lot of the messages in their own game… it’s heartbreaking to see japanese artists stop drawing and vent about how westerners repost their art without permission. many of them explicitly ask for no reposts, yet people ignore it...
