Might sound harsh but no one has that kind of power over me. You’re literally just a person. And sometimes I forget you exist so holding on to whatever it is , that’s definitely you by yourself. It’s always the people who have no impact on your life or emotions that behave like that too.

Been telling people for the past few years, if you got a problem and you ain’t address it, I will never care. I don’t go making situations in my head feeling sorry, I stopped doing that in early adult life.

Everything I read , begs me not to be controlled by anger . Sometimes I let things go but other times I just don’t have time for nonsense.I react but that’s just letting someone or something have control over me so I have to keep working on it.
