Poor Raf can't get anywhere near a bakery without ending up like a massive stuffed pastry. He'll undoubtedly grump all day and night about being a giant doughball yeen, but it was probably inevitable!

Yep! we grew up in a family where Rest is seen as both weak and a reward. Just like muscles, recovery is an important part of progress. It took us a bit to get used to it and to the idea that there is not gonna be any punishment coming from resting.
