The WB acquisition is the type of thing that keeps me up at night. Option 1 (Netflix) buys everything good about the company to create a monopoly on the streaming market. Option 2 (Paramount) gives control of CBS News and CNN to a clearly partisan owner. Neither option is good, but that's capitalism
