So, during the US govt shutdown, no arms are delivered to NATO countries. In the end of that, that means no (or more correctly, fewer) weapons for Ukraine.

SIX tactical bombers have left Russian air bases, with a strong probability they will fire missiles at Ukraine.
2 x Tu-95MS aircraft flew from the northern base in Murmansk. Another two departed Engels in Saratov where 2 x Tu-160 bombers also took off a short time ago.
