The biggest scam I ever had was a creative writing course I took. Half of it was just a typical english class, the other was writing something under a lot of constraints.

The problem is also...once you reread it, you judge your work so harshly and then feel like a total failure 😂
People often ask me if I reread my books after they come out.
1. No. Never. Ew, David, ew. No.
2. I have no interest in reading my writing unless I'm writing/editing it. There is so much else to read.
