Another filing in the “because you can” category, the big digit display springs to life at first attempt. Taking advantage of a 24 channel LED driver, it strings 7 sets of 5 LEDs to form digits that are just over 48mm high. Pairs with voltage booster to drive them.

Closest to the biggest single print I’ve done. I messed up the estimation of how much filament was needed, so had to switch colours 3/4 of the way through.

So hard to get a good video of this, but gotta love some blinking LEDs. It’s an update to an old fave: non rectangular board, soft power switch, single cell battery with charging and voltage booster. SW uploads well and core functions appear to be working. Now to add the OLED and finish the code.
