I've never felt cooler than when I'm updating my dev tools at the remote end of an airport while watching a scrambled tv broadcast.

I'm starting a super informal podcast where it's basically just me thinking aloud. My first episode is about difficulty and why it's important to do difficult things.

Authenticity is more than just transparency; it involves genuine intention and commitment to the subject matter. While transparency might involve sharing incomplete information, authenticity requires a deeper level of engagement and sincerity.

In the early days of the internet, I really tried to get the "www" at the beginning of urls to be referred to as "6u".

I thought it was so clever and easier to say than "double-u, double-u, double-u".

But here we are still www-ing it up like crazy people.

I've read quite a few books over the last couple years about forming habits and I can't seem to shake the idea that having too many automatic habits is bad for your brain in the long term.
