I had the same problem so I use ChatGbt for problem solving followed their step by step advice and it worked , it is brilliant for any problems with anything such as camera computer car birds etc , not always right but brilliant and free !

I had to do this before I could direct message it is called Biometric age estimation by using a self photo as proof , did this and it worked , hope that helps Cheers Phil
