The brackets enclose the space, tying it all together and making it clear what `new` applies to.
Without it, the `new` could apply to anything on that line. Is `UrlParser()` a function or a class?

finally, in php 8.4, you can create objects and call methods on it without wrapping in parentheses. ✨
