Freight Island has partnered with Trinity Leeds on the expansion and redevelopment of Trinity Kitchen - owned by Landsec, the UK’s leading retail and hospitality platform - ahead of a landmark £15m hospitality-led investment that will transform the scheme into one of the UK’s most significant food, drink and leisure destinations. The Leeds site will become Freight Island’s fourth UK location, following the success of its flagship venue at Depot Mayfield in Manchester, Freight Brixton and a new opening in Newcastle later this year.

In this month’s issue we take a look at Vagabond Urban Winery; we check out Fulham Pier Hotel; and we unveil The Hoxton, Dublin. Vagabond Wines have opened the UK’s largest urban winery, located at Canada Water in London. The 6,000 sq. ft. space combines Vagabond’s award-winning wine bar experience with a fully operational 100-tonne winery led by head winemaker José Quintana. Vagabond, founded in 2010 as a small local wine shop in Fulham, now operate across 12 locations in London and Birmingham.
