Well it looks even less likely we will get anything but rain in the next few days. I’d like to give a shoutout to every meteorologist that freaked grandma and grandpa out to give us record breaking prescription numbers. You the real MVP.

They are predicting 19 inches of snow.

First, it’s Wednesday. They can’t predict Thursday with certainty.

Second. If there was 19 inches of snow you might as well close the state. 19 inches was a lot of snow from one storm when I lived in MA.

I think the meteorologists are getting too excited.

He’s shown you over a lifetime that he can’t be taken at his word and what he says has no bearing on what he will do.

Why would every news organization print what he says as rock solid truth without a huge disclaimer?

No mention of how many times he’s changed his mind on everything and that he can’t be trusted to be true to his word. His statement means nothing.
Right on cue, here are the push alerts from the 3 major newspapers lmao

Dr. Oz: "If we can get the average person to work one more year in their whole lifetime -- just stay in your workplace for one more year -- that is worth about $3 trillion to the US GDP. That's the productivity we would unleash ... if you're sick, you can't work."

Meteorologists should not be allowed to freak out the population without working a shift in their local retail pharmacy.

After watching the first episode of Pluribus I thought that this was obviously going to be a horror show.

Now that I’m several episodes in I think I was right but the horror is not the visceral horror you associate with the genre. It’s deep inside you twisting what it means to be human.

I am the great Ozymandias look upon my factory of spaghetti and despair.

So many conveyor belts. So many. 😂

Why the fuck am I so lazy? I can’t seem to muster enough energy to drag myself through getting ready in the morning and when that’s done I should go out and do things but I sit in a chair and watch tv or play on my Switch. I feel so fucking old. Put me in a home.

I returned some computer parts through UPS to a town 45 minutes away. Tracking sent them to San Antonio Texas then back. My defective memory now has more sky miles than me. Oh and I sent it Monday. It’s still not there.

Why would they have to do this? I thought AI was a huge money maker for businesses. (Sound of bubble popping)

It’s the waiting that is the worst part. If you’ve ever spent time with a bully you never know when the next humiliation is coming. That’s what the news feels like now. When is the next horrible thing. Will we invade Greenland? Attack Iran? Kill protesters? The anticipation is awful.

He saves what others throw away
He says that he'll be rich someday

It seems weird that we have to carry on and go to work while our president considers going to war with nato.
January 14, 2026 at 10:49 PM
Are we at war with NATO yet?

To preface this: I am not, nor have I ever felt suicidal.

But these numbers are alarming. Don't worry about me, worry about my profession 🫣

I love manufacturing games and my factories always start out so clean and organized then they become a tangled spaghetti mess of conveyor belts and machines jammed into corners.
