20 former patients of Michael Stockin, the Army doctor convicted of abusing dozens of JBLM soldiers, filed civil claims this month, bringing the total to 42 victims who say the Army is liable for the abuse they faced. Their claims equal $210 million.

An Army doctor was accused by dozens of soldiers of sexual misconduct. This week, he admitted to the counts involving 41 male patients he treated at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

Maj. Stockin told patients he needed to exam their genitals, then would grope them.

The Delta stowaway at Sea-Tac airport was able to bypass TSA security and board a flight to Honolulu without a ticket.
