Just another nasty Canadian.
If we’re looking for a replacement slogan for Dani’s new Alberta licence plate might I suggest “notwithstanding”?

If you still need to vote in the Alberta municipal election - leave work early! The UCPs new rules have slowed voting to a crawl. It’s voter suppression, Alberta style - unnecessary paperwork hand written in triplicate.

Important safety tip: “can this meeting not have been an email” does not apply to wives.

Don’t for a moment think adding citizenship status to your driver licence is about good governance - the UCP would force immigrants to wear symbols on their clothing if they could.

Murder of Charlie Kirk = Reichstag Fire? We’ll see in 48 hours.

I see people on here criticizing that they aren’t “allowed” to criticize Carney and apparently irony is well and thriving.

Dear Superstore - you carry 20 types of apples and they are *all* from the US. So I’ll be heading to Sobeys. Maybe read the memo 40 million Canadians have sent you.

I’m not sure why people think that there is a chance in hell that Poilievre might lose the by-election. 70% - 75% CPC.

Any strictly Alberta issues Premier Eby would like to weigh in on? Perhaps Wab Kinew can share his thoughts on Alberta forest fire management failures . Or is only Alberta allowed to stick its nose in? cheknews.ca/danielle-smi...
Danielle Smith backs 'better way' than cull at B.C. ostrich farm hit by avian flu
Alberta Premier Danielle Smith thinks authorities should be looking for a “better way” than a mass cull to deal with a B.C. ostrich farm that suffered an outbreak of avian flu.

It’s been raining so hard my dry decorative creek has become an actual creek. #yyc

I’m watching three seeding planes fly around Calgary on Flightradar 24. I appreciate that insurance companies are paying to protect us from massive hail but frustrated our own provincial government can’t be bothered.

Mark Carney is a blue Liberal. Like Paul Martin. Even Uncle Louie. If you are shocked by his approach to the economy, the monarchy or nationalism I’m not sure how he could have been any clearer.

Question for AB politicos: the newly reregistered Progressive Conservative Association of Alberta will definitely have two sitting MLAs next session. How many others do you think will leave Danielle to join them? And how many seats for official party status? #ableg

Been standing in line at Urgent Care for 20 minutes just to see a triage nurse for my very sick wife but sure, Danielle, please explain why we should spend that $100 million on a provincial police force instead. #ableg

I’m hoping the “Energy Corridor” will bring us some of that cheap clean electricity from the east coast.

If I was to design a corrupt government from scratch, it would be indistinguishable from the UCP.

Just in case you want to know how hard the UCP is willing to knife Canada in the back …

I saw a 1930’s picture last week of a German soldier protecting a member of the paramilitary SS as he went searching for “undesirables”. History always repeats itself for those paying attention.

I’ve had what looks like a RCAF Griffon circling my end of town for the past two days. Odd because we’re at the opposite side of town from Calgary International and nowhere near the route out to Kananaskis for the G7. The obvious conclusion is a dignitary wants to come and visit my awesome garden.

Adam Waterous and Jack Mintz as your trade experts, Globe and Mail? Lower taxes and build pipelines - some out of the box thinking there.
