If you still need to vote in the Alberta municipal election - leave work early! The UCPs new rules have slowed voting to a crawl. It’s voter suppression, Alberta style - unnecessary paperwork hand written in triplicate.

Don’t for a moment think adding citizenship status to your driver licence is about good governance - the UCP would force immigrants to wear symbols on their clothing if they could.

I’m watching three seeding planes fly around Calgary on Flightradar 24. I appreciate that insurance companies are paying to protect us from massive hail but frustrated our own provincial government can’t be bothered.

Mark Carney is a blue Liberal. Like Paul Martin. Even Uncle Louie. If you are shocked by his approach to the economy, the monarchy or nationalism I’m not sure how he could have been any clearer.

I’ve had what looks like a RCAF Griffon circling my end of town for the past two days. Odd because we’re at the opposite side of town from Calgary International and nowhere near the route out to Kananaskis for the G7. The obvious conclusion is a dignitary wants to come and visit my awesome garden.
