This meeting was horrible. They're essentially preparing to demote all of us and then transition us to a fully remote IFT center (the worst part of EMS work) that takes medical transfers from our ENTIRE STATE to start out with. All of our EMS capacity is being moved to another center.
Imagine working a 12 hour night shift and your company schedules a mandatory meeting at 10am and refuses to make a second meeting for night shifters too. I can't wait to not work here lmao

Thinking about trying my hand at Gamedev in my free time but I lack a lot of the art skills and programming knowledge to really do much. I think it'd be cool to make VNs and Adventure games if I can work myself up to it. Ik I can't improve if I never try but it's fucking daunting
