After walking our dogs around USC campus I suggested we take them by the state house so they could pee on Strom Thurmond.

Had a nice chat with an AI support chatbot this morning. I guess I hadn't given it, so it asked me my name and it responded "thanks for indulging me." Thanks for indulging me. Sir, you are a computer.

“Automated decision system”? They want to regulate if statements?
This is insane. Republicans have inserted language into the budget reconciliation bill that would ban states from regulating AI in any capacity for 10 years.

It _was_ illegal to sell records on Sunday in South Carolina in the early 80s so I thought I had caught my church breaking the law when we came out of a service to a table full of religious records for sale.
When I was a kid, I somehow got in my head that it was illegal (?) for anyone to be named “Pope,” and then I met a friend of my mom’s whose last name was “Pope” and I was scandalized, despite being more or less Methodist.

I said my main goal of this trip was to meet with Kilmar. Tonight I had that chance. I have called his wife, Jennifer, to pass along his message of love. I look forward to providing a full update upon my return.

The white men who are sending emojis to congratulate themselves on bombing people are the serious, competent ones and that’s why we have to stop DEI.

We’re in a “we have to put on one hell of a talent show to save our clubhouse so they don’t build a shopping mall on top of it” situation and democrats are like “well I do like to shop.”
