An "extreme cold watch" has been issued for all of Upstate NY for late Friday night thru Sunday AM. This means wind chills will be as low as -20° for many hours & may approach -30° for N. Country/Adirondacks especially. Frostbite on exposed skin in <30 minutes will be likely!
