ever felt screwed over by companies? BT fucked up & lost my family number, so they haven't charged me (after a complaint). EE has given me a new account (i didn't ask for it or 2 leave my BT account) & charged me £99.51 for leaving my account early. at the moment i have 2 accounts & no phone number
