@dreamwisp.bsky.social It's not a time machine, but... ART has "an archive, but the only way to have access to it is to write to them, go there in person, and sit down and watch it there." So if you're ever in Massachusetts... (www.reddit.com/r/shakespear...

@amyokruk.bsky.social Is last night the first time one of your pieces has been cited on @lastweektonight.com?

You wanna know how to be Pope? They pull a ciborium, you pull a thurible. He sends one of yours to the basilica, you send one of his to the cathedral. *That's* the *Chicago* way!

@tomcardoso.bsky.social Not quite in the Secret Canada realm, and odds are that you and/or Robyn are already aware through other channels, but in case not... bsky.app/profile/aman...
This is incredibly troubling. Journalists request information on behalf of the public. Allowing public bodies, like police, to charge in excess of $100/hour to retrieve records would put a lot of FOI requests out of reach.
I've heard back from the OIPC about this — not a decision, but notifying me that I have until March 11 to provide more information to prove that I'm not a commercial applicant. And the email is *not encouraging* and should be concerning for all journalists in BC.

What is truly bizarre about this incident is that Doug Ford is, by his own account, going off-script and “venting” to a room full of police, lawyers and philanthropists at a local charity gala about sadistic fantasies he’s having of killing people

@me.mastodon.peterjanes.ca.ap.brid.gy Testing. Not sure why I can't follow my Bluesky self from the ActivityPub side.

@wilwheaton.net Hi Wil... sorry to bug you with something so mundane, but your site's RSS feed has been down for several days. Cloudflare is reporting a certificate error, although the rest of the site is fine, so I'm guessing the root cause is elsewhere; maybe worth a ping to the necessary parties.

Since a lot of the culture-heavy accounts I used to follow on Mastodon are now posting mostly or only on Bluesky, it would be so great if more of y'all followed the bridge so I can see your stuff over there.

Totally get it if you prefer not to! But if you don't mind, it's a cool interconnect.
Hey if you follow @ap.brid.gy, people (like me, a person) can follow you from the fediverse, which can be cool, depending on how you use the social internet. The bridges are a construction zone rn—docs here:

@tomflood.bsky.social Didn't have a chance to ask tonight, but is there any way to use (perhaps expand) the absolute *ridicule* that Cybertruck owners receive for their monstrosities to other oversized vehicles?

@nora3000.bsky.social Just caught up on this week's episode of Spark, and... well, rats! (I don't imagine a "Save Spark" campaign would help?) Thanks for breaking the news early, and thanks to everyone at the show for 17(!) years! Sad to see the show go, but excited for what's next!
