A bit apprehension taking an army I’d never played to an event but carnage is always a fun event and glad I did. 3-2 and a painting nomination. Best result to date.

Was the stand in today as we had a drop. To table game 3 and it’s a morathi mirror. Probably the cleanest best Warhammer I’ve played and it went down right to the end. My opponent taking the win courtesy of a 1” redeploy. Love playing DoK at the moment it’s just so much fun

All because of a 5” redeploy turn one denying a charge on a flank. Shadow Queen then did her thing :). She can be such a bully sometimes. Not every game though.

I now have Fridays off until Christmas so after doing the mountain of house jobs that need doing I can continue with the OBR spearhead. Need to be a bit neater on the blending but that’s what the practice is for :)
